Black Sesame London Fog, Two Ways

The versatility of black sesame is proven again through these creative avatars of sophisticated beverages. Gliding through these surprisingly easy renditions of classic café drinks, you will wonder why no one has this milk on their menu yet!

Ingredients

Yield: One 8 oz portion

1 bag of earl grey tea (1 teaspoon or 2-3 grams, if using loose-leaf)

1⁄2 cup of hot water

1⁄2 cup of Three Trees Black Sesame milk

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1-2 teaspoon sweetener of choice

Directions

Cold London Fog

Steep the tea in hot water for 3-4 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Mix the hot tea with 1⁄4 cup of Black Sesame milk.

Pour into an ice cube tray, and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.

In a blender, blend the frozen tea and milk mixture with the remaining 1⁄4 cup of Black  Sesame milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Hot London Fog

Steep the tea in hot water for 3-4 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Mix the Black Sesame milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) together. Heat.

Using a blender or milk frother, froth the Black Sesame milk.

Pour the frothed milk over the hot tea. Enjoy!
