Black Sesame Popsicle

In this simple summer treat, adding dates amps up the sweetness of the Black Sesame Nut and Seedmilk for the popsicle’s base. And for those who desire a well-embellished cacao popsicle, the ball is in your "coat"!  

Ingredients

SERVES: 6

2 cups Three Trees Black Sesame Nut & Seedmilk

¼ cup medjool dates

¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

3 tbsp melted cacao butter or virgin coconut oil

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 ½ tbsp maple syrup

Chopped toasted peanuts

Coconut flakes

Directions

Blend black sesame almond milk, medjool dates, and salt in a high-speed blender.

Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

For optional toppings, heat up cacao butter or virgin coconut oil in a small bowl.

Whisk melted cacao butter or coconut oil with cacao powder and maple syrup.

Dip black sesame popsicles in cacao sauce, followed by chopped and toasted peanuts and/or coconut flakes.
