Summer Tomato and Edamame Salad with Black Sesame Miso Dressing

Our Black Sesame Milk is getting a savory makeover! Made with just 5 ingredients that are pantry staples, this dressing will delight. Dress up fresh summer tomatoes and basil, or seasonal veggies of your choice with this nutty, tangy dressing.

Ingredients

Dressing:

1 Tablespoon white miso paste

1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

1 Tablespoon tahini

2 Tablespoons Three Trees Black Sesame Nut and Seedmilk

Black pepper, to taste

Salad:

1/2 cup shelled edamame

½ lb ripe mixed tomatoes, sliced or cut into wedges

1 green onion, sliced

Torn fresh basil

½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Serves two

Whisk together miso paste, rice vinegar, tahini, and Black Sesame milk in a small bowl.

Toss shelled edamame in the black sesame dressing and stir to coat.

On a plate, arrange the sliced tomatoes.

Spoon the dressed edamame around the tomatoes and drizzle the remaining dressing over the tomatoes.

Scatter sliced green onion, torn basil, and toasted sesame seeds over the salad.
