Chocolate Blueberry Date Shake
Rich, tart, & sweet, this Chocolate Blueberry Date Shake is the ultimate breakfast recipe that tastes like a treat. Without a doubt, this healthy shake will be a staple, as it’s packed with plant protein, full of antioxidants, & loaded with fiber!

1 cup almond milk
1 serving vanilla plant-based protein
5 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp gelatinized maca powder, optional
Sea salt, a pinch
1 pitted Medjool date
½ cup frozen wild blueberries

Blend the Liquids, Powders, & Date. First, add the non-dairy milk, dry ingredients, & the soft Medjool date to a high-speed blender. Blend these ingredients until smooth.
Blend the Frozen Blueberries. Next, add the frozen blueberries & blend until smooth. If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, & scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated. You may need to add a little more liquid depending on how thick/thin you like your shakes.
Serve. Pour into a chilled glass & enjoy!
