Chocolate Pumpkin Crunch Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 serving unflavored plant protein
5 tsp cacao powder
⅛ tsp vanilla powder or ¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Manuka honey, local raw unfiltered honey, or pure maple syrup
½ tsp pumpkin spice, plus more to taste
Sea salt, a pinch
½–1 frozen banana, preference
2 tsp cacao nibs

Blend the Liquids & Powders. First, add the non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, seeds, plant protein, vanilla, cacao powder, sweetener, & spices to a high-speed blender. Blend these ingredients until smooth.
Blend the Frozen Banana. Next, add in the frozen banana. Blend until smooth & creamy. If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, & scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated. You may need to add a little more liquid depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
Blend the Cacao Nibs. Add the cacao nibs. Blend for 20 seconds at medium speed.
Serve. Pour into a chilled glass & enjoy!
