Chocolate Pumpkin Date Shake
A cozy twist on chocolate that’s rich, spiced, and naturally sweet. Pumpkin, cacao, and Medjool dates blend with Three Trees Unsweetened Almond Milk for a creamy shake that’s both wholesome and indulgent.

1 cup almond milk
¼ cup pumpkin puree
5 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp gelatinized maca powder
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
½ tsp pumpkin spice
Sea salt, a pinch
Vanilla plant-based protein
1-2 pitted Medjool dates
4 ice cubes, optional

Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. If needed, pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is fully incorporated. Depending on your preferred consistency, you may want to add a little more liquid.
Serve: Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
