Chocolate Sweet Potato Pie Date Shake

    • 1 cup almond milk

    • ½ cup sweet potato puree

    • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

    • 5 tsp cacao powder

    • 1 serving vanilla plant-based protein

    • ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

    • Sea salt, a pinch

    • 1–2 pitted Medjool dates, preference

    • 4 ice cubes or ½ cup frozen cauliflower, optional

    1. Blend the Wet Ingredients & Powders. First, add the non-dairy milk, sweet potato puree, and dry ingredients. Blend until completely smooth.

    2. Blend the Medjool Date(s). Next, toss in the soft and pitted Medjool date(s). Blend until no date pieces remain.

    3. Optional Ice Cubes/Cauliflower. Finally, toss in the ice cubes or frozen cauliflower. Blend until it achieves a smooth milkshake-like texture. If needed, you may need to add a splash of liquid to achieve your preferred shake consistency.

    4. Serve. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!

    • Organic Frozen Cauliflower: If you’re feeling adventurous, replace the ice cubes with a few frozen cauliflower florets to amp-up the milkshake-worthy consistency!
