¾ cup almond milk
1–2 tbsp unsalted peanut butter, to taste
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 serving unflavored plant-based protein
⅛ tsp vanilla powder or ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Celtic sea salt, a pinch
½–1 frozen banana, preference
HOMEMADE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
5 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp high-quality honey, pure maple syrup, or coconut sugar
⅛ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
TOPPINGS
Homemade coconut whipped cream or plain coconut yogurt
Extra peanut butter, melted with ½ tsp coconut oil

Blend the Liquids and Dry Ingredients. To a high-speed blender, add the non-dairy milk and dry ingredients. Blend until totally smooth.
Blend the Frozen Banana. Toss in the frozen banana. Begin your blender on low, then gradually increase the speed as the banana starts to integrate with the other ingredients. If the smoothie is challenging to blend, scrape down the sides and/or add a splash more liquid to achieve your desired consistency.
Serve. Pour into a chilled glass, along with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
