Pineapple Mint Protein Smoothie

This pineapple, mint, protein smoothie (30g) is one of my favorite summer post workout recovery smoothies, as it’s light, frothy, and tastes like a piña colada.

As a natural chef in midlife, I’m always looking for ways to make functional food taste amazing, while nourishing our body. This smoothie does just that — it blends real, whole ingredients into one blood-sugar-friendly, protein-packed drink. It’s the perfect snack after strength training.

This smoothie is the ultimate post-workout fuel. With 30g of complete protein from soy milk and collagen, it helps rebuild muscle and support recovery.
